Unsere kernsanierte Ferienwohnung mit ca. 74m² Wohnfläche bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Die riesige, 50m² Sonnenterasse mit Blick auf den Spessart und Odenwald sowie auf das Kloster Engelberg, lädt zum Entspannen oder zum gemeinsamen Essen ein. Das Appartement verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils sehr komfortablem Doppelbett und einem hochwertigen Smart TV mit Sattelitenfernsehen. Beide Schlafzimmer sind durch ihre Fenster taghell und das größere hat direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Die komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der große Tisch mit seinen bequemen Stühlen und der 65" Fernseher, sowie vorhandene Gesellschaftsspiele eignen sich super für entspannte Familienabende. Das geräumige Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Rainshower, großem Spiegel und Föhn rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Darüber hinaus gibt es ein zweites, separates WC. Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Fewo verfügt über eine eigene separate Haustür. Das WLAN und die Parkplätze vor dem Haus können Sie kostenfrei nutzen.
Die Anreise ist von 15:00 Uhr bis 20:00 Uhr möglich.
Die Abreise ist bis 11:00 Uhr möglich.
Andere An- und Abreisezeiten sind nach Rücksprache möglich.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt vor Ort.
Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
Ein Babybett/Zustellbett/ Baby-Hochstuhl kann auf Anfrage (für eine Einmalpauschale von 15€) zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

Our completely renovated holiday apartment with approximately 95m² of living space offers accommodation for 2-7 people. The covered 15m² balcony with a valley view of the Spessart and Odenwald, as well as the Engelberg Monastery, invites you to relax or enjoy a meal together. The apartment features 3 bedrooms, each with a very comfortable double bed and a high-quality Smart TV with satellite channels. All three bedrooms are bright thanks to their large windows, and two have direct access to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator including a freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The large table with its comfortable chairs and the large TV, along with available board games, are perfect for relaxed family evenings. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, large mirror, hairdryer, and towel warmer completes the overall picture. A washing machine and dryer are also available. You can use the Wi-Fi and the parking spaces in front of the house free of charge.

The apartment features one bedroom with a super comfortable double bed and a cozy living room with an equally comfortable sofa bed with extra comfort mattresses, each with a high-end Smart TV with satellite television and access to the rooftop terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, large mirror, hairdryer, and towel warmer completes the overall picture. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house for cleaning your clothes. Especially in summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. A crib and a high chair are available upon request. Wi-Fi and parking in front of the house are available free of charge.
